Kitchen: Open plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/ electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, Coffee pod machine & kettle. Large breakfast bar with 2 stools. Child gate at the top of the stairs. Bathroom: Shower, vanity, separate toilet Outdoor: Upstairs- Outdoor dining setting. 2 lounge chairs with table. Generous deck with beautiful views of the surrounding areas including the ocean and Gulaga. Living Room: Open plan living room with wall mounted tv, large comfortable lounge to seat 6. Study nook: With Wi-fi, desk space and desktop ready for guest use. Utilise this space during working holidays., you will never want to leave! Downstairs Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, bedside tables, lamps, dresser, heater, built in wardrobe Bedroom 4: Tri Bunk, bedside table, built in wardrobe, heater. Living Room: Separate living room, 3 seater, 2 seater and single lounge. Wall mounted TV, coffee table and TV buffet. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle air-conditioning in main living areas, upstairs & downstairs Internet/WiFi access - This property provides complimentary WiFi and password details will be provided in your arrival letter.
