Perfect stay in all the ways, the location is exceptional. Paola is a perfect host. The apartment is filled with attention to details that make your stay extremely comfortable. Marvelous coffee in the morning!
Absolutely nothing, outstanding in every way.

Paola was very accommodating. She helped my friend avoid fines for dropping me off at Coco 21. She also allowed me to not only drop off my bags before check-in, but she also gave me an early check-in. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying there for anyone traveling Modena
The breakfast was delicious but was only served 9-930
