I loved this apartment. Great location, beautifully presented with every possible need though of and supplied. It is in the old town and felt very safe with close access to all amenities.
The first night the drain in the kitchen smelled so bad I thought I was going to have to leave. I ended up mixing up baking soda and vinegar and rinsing multiple times. Also had to close plug and put a bowl on top to stop the smell coming it. It really was unpleasant but after the first night it stopped. The old city of Avignon does smell in many areas due to the old pipe network. The key lockbox is hard to access as quite high and hard to see the numbers. I couldn't open it and the concierge came and sorted out. When I left at 5am I couldn't open it again and just had to leave the keys and message the concierge or I would have missed my train.

Well located clean and modern apartment.
In a busy area but peaceful at night with the shutters closed. Good bathroom and bedroom facilities with washing machine available in the kitchen.
Would recommended for longer stays in Avignon.
Shower head - not adjustable in height and too low for me (1.7m).
Lighting in main room poor, when shutters not open.
Very difficult to see the combination numbers in the darkness of the mailbox when picking up/dropping off the keys.

Great location in Avignon and close to everything including the train station. There was lots of space in the living room. Everything was new and renovated. It was very quiet even though it is close to the shopping centre.
The 5 pm check in is too late. Short on supplies of essentials such as toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.

Central location, comfortable, plenty of hot water etc. could have gotten a 5 star review.
please check that the building works are completed before booking.
The Agent did not tell us that there were building works being done during our stay.
We were awakened @8.20 am to noise from workers.
