Superb

The location is perfect - in the old town, within several minutes of walking to all sightseeing places. The room was clean, however maybe it needs some refreshments (especially plumbing).

As the property is in an authentic building on the ground level, there were some ants in the room (which wasn't a problem for us, but can be for someone).

Great location, everything you need in one place.

Great location on the east side of the old city really close to the old house street food, kebabs and cheapest pizza place in Split. Easy to get into the old city and Split Riva. Had coffee, cold drinks and snacks available for free. The place had a ceiling fan and air conditioning and blue light. Pekara's (bakery) and cafes are close by. Had 2 burner stove, kettle and coffee maker. Had crockery and cutlery and a small fridge. enough room for 2 people.

A little hard to find down the back streets but the hosts were there to welcome us. The hosts don't speak much English but you can understand most of what is said. Couldn't get the TV stations, so watched Youtube.

Exceptional

The location was perfect!! Short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, stores, etc... The apartment had AC and was very cozy.

That our vacation was coming to an end...loved everything about this place!

Rustige ligging, lekkere koele kamer. Tijdens mijn verblijf was het buiten ruim 36 graden en mijn appartement was mede ook dankzij de airco een goede toevluchtsoord om even op temperatuur te komen. En dankzij de de ideale ligging kon je zo weer terug naar waar het “gebeurde”

Wat mij iets minder beviel waren de relatief kleine ramen (dus weinig daglicht)en het ontbreken van een tuin. Er was wel een zitje maar er stond in advertentie zicht op tuin.

La situation géographique Les WC étaient bouché et les propriétaires ont rapidement trouvés une solution pour réparer le WC

Ca sentait un peu le moisi. Ce sont des vieux bâtiments de la ville. Le prix est un peu cher pour ce type de logement.
