The hotel is new and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and spotless.
As for the location, it is excellent. You won’t need to use a taxi for most of your trips, as many places are within walking distance. The hotel is also very close to the beach—just about a one-minute walk, and you’ll find yourself on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
Negative points we experienced:
No luggage assistance: The hotel does not provide a luggage service to help guests carry their bags from the reception to their room or from the room back to reception when checking out.
Smoking and unpleasant odors: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or inside the hotel. However, the guests in the room next to ours were smoking cigarettes and other prohibited substances. The smell was very strong and spread throughout the hallway, which was quite unpleasant.
Swimming pool under renovation: The swimming pool shared by the hotel and Baan Laimai Hotel was completely closed for maintenance. Unfortunately, this information was not clearly mentioned on the booking website at the time of our reservation. As a result, we had to pay a significant amount of money to use the swimming pool at another hotel.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, beautifully designed, and in a perfect beachfront location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was comfortable and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

The location perfect
Little missing things like small balcony that we can’t used or put a chair //no iron wich is difficult not easy to go everytime to the lundry room. No helping in bags carrying
And my room for two guest the problem I wasn’t sure whos coming from my family exactly and i don’t have their passport so they didn’t agree to welcome the other guest because not from the first day i registered them and i have to pay more. Also it’s expensive compared to other hotels around with much facilities. Although I’m regular customer but thinking to change it

Lady on reception on checking in.. wonderful called Ant?? I think… managing everything at that stage… give her a pay rise and a medal for dealing with many clients who’s rooms weren’t ready,

Sharing pool with liama - part of same building.
Very noisy site.. some creative photography making you think the hotel is on the corner…very loud base music until after 1am from Liama Hotel - part of same building .
No toothbrushes in room …
Expensive for what it was ..
Pillows very hard- only type there was,
Rooms not ready at 3pm many people waiting to check in…
