Really enjoyed our stay at Burasari! ❤️ Great service and hospitality. Everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel so welcome. Room was comfortable and the location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The location is good, close to the beach and vibrant areas of Patong.
The pool area is nice, breakfast was also great.
They offer some nice amenities like a beach towel, beach blanket and a large beach bag, and a free 10min massage upon check-in.
This doesn't feel like a luxurious experience, despite the high price. There are never enough sun chairs around the pool, the soundproof is awful so you can hear anything from the hallway and other rooms, cleaning personnel seemed overworked and always late, barely finishing all the rooms in one day. Just the quality overall is pretty bad. The outlets in the room were barely functional, the blinds left a lot of light to come in the room so it was pretty hard to catch some sleep on late mornings, even when jet lagged. It wasn't possible to open the balcony door without closing the blinds, which was quite inconvenient. Definitely a bad design
