My stay at Radisson RED Patong was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic and very accessible location, with spacious and clean rooms, a great ambiance, and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
I would especially like to mention Ms. Joanna from the front office, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with all the information and guidance we needed and also assisted us smoothly with our rebooking. We had initially booked for two nights and were planning to move to another hotel afterward, but we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend for another night. Joanna made the extension very easy and gave us excellent assistance and guidance.
We are very happy that we stayed the extra night—it was a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Joanna and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend Radisson RED Patong!

The staff wete really good. Kyla and Natty were awesome.
Noise in the room. Pool closed too early. Spa was not working. Very industrial look and feel. Not warm and cozy.
