its a step away from the beach and patong street, all the good places within minutes of walking, the staff is amazing and very welcoming, the room view is breathtaking and i spent hours in the balcony.
the isolation for the room is little bit bad you can hear Patong st activities, the breakfast is good but not worth the value only few options.

החדרים היו עם ריח טחב ועובש. ככל הנראה הריח קשור למיזוג המרכזי. העבירו אותנו חדרים לאחר יום לבניין אחר והמצב היה קשה גם שם. כיוון שהמלון היה ל6 ימים, ביקשנו לקבל זיכוי ולעזוב את המלון אך הם סרבו לזכות אותנו על יתרת הימים ששולמו. ביום השלישי לקחו אותנו לעוד חדרים, כולם הדיפו את אותו ריח. הציעו לנו חדר משודרג - סוויטה אך עדיין עם ריח של טחב אז בסוף התייאשנו, נשארנו בחדרים והשתדלנו לפתוח ולאוורר אותם. הבעיה היתה שכשפותחים את החלון החוצה המיזוג מפסיק לעבוד.
כך למרות שהכל חדש, מרווח. הריח היה בלתי נסבל וגרם לעוגמת נפש. ממש פספוס של המלון שלא טיפלו בנושא.

كل شي حلو النظافه الديكور الغرفه كبيره جميله اطلاله حلوه جميع الموظفين بمن فيهم المدير ودوددين حبوبيين خدومين يساعدون بسرعه لطيفه اء 🫶🏻🫶🏻♥️🙏🙏💐💐اذا فكرت ارجع بوكيت راح اختار نفس الفندق

Pretty nice hotel with nice architecture, modern facilities, nice room but no view. Really nice location!
My room had no view, just facing a wall. Staff at reception was very unpleasant, almost rude! Breakfast was ok but pretty basic. The floor in my room was only once sort of cleaned within a one week stay.
There are more "don't do" regulations posted everywhere than in an army camp!
Wanted to show my son (working at Ritz Carlton in Koh Samui) your nice hotel design, but your staff behaved like bulldogs. Very disappointing!
When it rains, there's absolutely no way to get to the breakfast area without getting soaked!
No short term parking, even a simple pick up is difficult because the staff is pushing everyone to leave!
Unexplained deposit of 3000 Baht needed to be paid and upon check out they check your room first before returning the deposit. I felt like a criminal!!!
In short: The staff lacks communication skills, vital in the hospitality business.
