breakfast was average.
room - no drawers to put clothes.. it was tired - the room had repairs made and you could see them.
shower over bath which was difficult to get in and out of. They offered another room but twice the cost. didn't react to our concerns with the room.

Strategic location . Very clean and the staffs are friendly and polite
Sometimes when ask for plain water in reception , it’s take long time to deliver to room . Maybe because they are busy but not a big issue

Having a buffet breakfast every morning was lovely, staff seemed friendly & helpful. My daughter & I enjoyed a poolside room while my exhusband & 2 boys got a joining room. Having the extra space to sit & enjoy the pool felt less claustrophobic. The resort was walking distance to everything we needed & close enough to Bangla Road. The boys loved the pool table until someone drew on it.
Not much we didn't like but col things bugged us like kids sticking their hands in breakfast cereal, touching food & splashing in our roomside pools when they have a children's pool. The mini fridge had way to much & took up to much needed room. Walking a lot is expected but the hill up to the resort I wish has a tuktuk for😃

Buffet was ok. Not best i have expierence d. Catered more for international cuisine rather than European food.
The fact that patrons were vaping in hotel and swimming area and staff did nothing to stop it.
