Enjoyed our stay

Very clean and tidy

We couldn’t work the tv! The quilt was much too small for the very comfy bed

Don’t recommend

We were very disappointed with our stay. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not match the description or photos, and several important issues made our stay unacceptable. 1. Shared kitchen was not clearly disclosed The kitchen is shared between three rooms. This was not clearly stated or shown in the photos. The listing gives the impression of a private apartment, so this was an unpleasant surprise. The kitchen was also dirty. The kettle was filthy, the cutting board was in very poor condition, and the dishes were dirty. There is also no dishwasher. 2. We did not receive the room we booked The room shown in the listing photos, with the red bed, is large and spacious. We were given a completely different, much smaller room, shown in the last photo. The listing stated that the apartment was 27 m², but this appears to include the shared common areas. The actual room and bathroom together were approximately 10–12 m² at most. The size of the accommodation was important to us, so this difference was a serious issue. 3. The rain shower head was broken and could not be used properly. 4. No communication or resolution We tried to contact Paulina to resolve these issues, but she did not answer and never called us back. We also could not get help from Bookingʼs customer service. 5. Despite having paid for another night, we left one day early because we could not stay there any longer. The condition of the accommodation, the room being different from what we booked, and the complete lack of communication left us with no other reasonable option. We were very dissatisfied, and unfortunately, this situation seriously affected and ruined our trip. We would not recommend this property.

A Wonderful Stay in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The room had everything we needed, and the location was excellent. Paulina, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Lokalizacja.
