La ubicación, la limpieza y las condiciones de entrada así como las instalaciones y la cantidad de amenities. Los baños y la decoración también muy bien.

The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the city center, the Vistula River and the Kazimierz district. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, as well as several supermarkets, both large and small, just a short walk away.
The apartment is very clean, with unique stylish design and ground floor in every room and in kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony is also a great place to relax and enjoy some fresh air.
The only drawback is the lack of an elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can be quite difficult, especially for heavier bags. This is the only reason I gave the apartment an overall rating of 9 instead of 10.

Super clean, comfortable beds, unexpected conveniences.
Traffic noise at night if you sleep with windows open but either wearing earplugs or closing windows on that side and running A/C prevents this
