Very enjoyable

Very modern and central for everything

Shower, lack of towels, there wasn’t a toaster

Good location and very clean but in need of some maintenance as a few things broken

Great location for the old town and Jewish quarter. Very clean and good instructions from owners.

Air con only in living room and bedrooms very warm. Shower head and hairdryer broken. Would have been good to have a tea towel for the kitchen.

A wonderful place that is definitely worth a visit 😍

The location is excellent—within walking distance of almost all of the city’s attractions. Kraków is a wonderful city with a rich history, and any history buff will be delighted. The apartment is located between the Old Town and the Jewish Quarter; it’s clean and communication with the owners is quick and efficient. Despite its central location, the place is quiet and peaceful. The terrace is a bonus. There are grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and public transportation stops nearby.

Actually, there isn't really anything we don't like about it.

Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations due to serious hot water issues. The apartment does not match the descri

The apartment was clean, there was enough dishes, and the location in the center of Krakow was good.

Not recommended due to serious hot water issues. During our stay, we had a serious and constant problem with hot water. There was only enough hot water to fill less than half of the bathtub, after which the water became completely cold throughout the entire apartment — bathroom, sink and kitchen. The bathroom itself is very cold, so the water cools down even faster. As a result, it was impossible to take a normal bath or wash comfortably. We had to heat water in kettles and pots and wash ourselves using cups and bowls just to maintain basic hygiene. The owner explained that the apartment uses a boiler and that guests need to wait for the water to reheat. In practice, this meant that taking a bath or washing required planning and coordination — deciding who would wash first, waiting long periods for the boiler to reheat, or carrying hot water manually. This is extremely inconvenient, especially in winter and when more than one person is staying in the apartment. This limitation was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, although the apartment is advertised as having a bathtub. We chose this apartment specifically because it had a bathtub and a central location in Krakow. If we had known in advance that the hot water supply was so limited and that using the bathtub would be practically impossible, we would not have booked this apartment at all. Additionally, based on the photos in the listing, it was not clearly visible what type of bathtub it was. From the pictures, it appeared to be a jacuzzi, or at least a large and comfortable bathtub. In reality, it turned out to be a very small bathtub, where it is not possible to lie down properly and you are forced to sit sideways. Combined with the lack of hot water and the cold bathroom, the bathtub is practically unusable and does not meet the expectations created by the listing photos.
