The location is excellent — very central and extremely well connected, with supermarket, restaurants, bars, and a tram stop nearby. The apartment is bright, quiet, and spacious, with large windows overlooking the inner courtyard. It is very well laid out, with a comfortable double bedroom, a large living room with a double bed or twin beds and a sofa, a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is nicely furnished, and overall it is a very pleasant and welcoming space, with TV, excellent Wi-Fi, fans, and a washing machine. It is on the first floor, with no elevator.
Communication and guest assistance could definitely be improved. Our check-in was delayed because the apartment was not ready, but we were only informed when we actually arrived. We were travelling with two children, so having to leave our luggage while the cleaners finished, and then come back about two hours later, was not a particularly pleasant start to our stay.
Once we finally got in, I messaged the host to say that we had completed the self check-in and that everything was fine, but also mentioned that the frying pans were badly worn and needed replacing. Unfortunately, I never received a reply, despite staying for eight days.
Apart from the pans, the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and there are several small maintenance issues that should be addressed: some of the skirting boards are coming away from the wall, there is a hole in the wall where a shelf may previously have been, one of the kitchen counter lights does not work, and some of the window glass need attention. We also found that some basic kitchen items were missing, such as scissors, a tea towel, a trivet, and oven mitts. One curtain needed to be reattached, as did some of the slats on the single bed.
Overall, we really liked the apartment and its location, and we appreciated its space, light, quietness, and comfortable beds. With better attention to cleaning, a few relatively simple repairs, and more responsive communication from the host, this could genuinely be a 5-star property.

Прибирання треба ретельніше - наявність клубків пилу у ванній кімнаті, під меблями та в кутах кімнат павутиння, залишки сміття під меблями. На одному із односпальних ліжок постійно випадали декілька ламелей. Постільну білизну вартувало б оновити: дірки на підковдрах та заношені простирадла. Можна додати праску, бо інколи виникала в ній потреба.

Apartman se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, vrlo blizu glavnog trga u Krakovu. Dobre je veličine, sa dvije sobe i dva kreveta. Ima kuhinja, pa ako poželite skuhati možete. Kupaonica je isto odlična sa perilicom rublja. Krevet je kap da legnete na oblak i odletite u san, savršeno.
Dogodilo na se malo začepljenje odvoda i wc školjke što je vlasnik riješio vrlo brzo na čemu smo izrazito zahvalni.

Lokalizacja super, blisko Wawelu i Starego Miasta i jednocześnie blisko Kazimierza. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, prosiliśmy o wentylatory i były w mieszkaniu. Ustawienie łóżek również zgodnie z naszą prośbą. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe i wystarczające sprzęty, bardzo na plus mikrofalówka i działający piekarnik. Wifi działało bez zarzutu. Sofa i łóżko w sypialni duże, pojedyncze łóżka do sprawdzenia naszym zdaniem, ale dzieciaki dały radę na nich spać.
Przyznać musimy, że prysznic dość wąski, dało radę się wykąpać ale nie było łatwo.
Kwestia umywalki łazienkowej jest do sprawdzenia.
