We loved the location and the size of the property.
The safe didn’t work, it also wasn’t fixed to the wardrobe.
The heating couldn’t be controlled and it was boiling a lot of the time.
One of the windows was broken and wouldn’t close - luckily it was an internal window so no safety or security issue.

Beautiful location, elegant indoors, you can feel the spirit of the city in it. 10/10 would recommend for anyone who is looking for a day or more stay in the city centre. Great value for money, staff extremely friendly and flexible. Checkin instructions were clear and simple so it was hassle free. As for the cleanliness, no issues there, was very tidy and neatly prepared for my stay.
everything was perfect!

Great location and hosts reply super quickly
Furniture needs replacing, it’s very stained and old. We didn’t sit on the couch because it’s so stained/dirty.
Beds slats need replacing, extremely squeaky
