Lokalizacja przy stacji PKP i obok plantów, klimat starej kamienicy odświeżonej w nowym stylu. Bardzo zadbane i czyste wnętrze.
Hałas od sąsiadów! W salonie w nocy słychać przejeżdżające pociągi, a w pokoju z antresolą z sufitu dobiega tupot hałasujących dzieci. Koledzy, którzy wylosowali nocleg w pokoju z antresolą byli budzeni przez hałasy dochodzące z góry i biegające dzieci od 6-tej rano.

Wszystko było super czyste, mieliśmy miejsce dla każdego. Miejsce posiada dwie toalety i jest to wygodne dla dużej rodziny
Jedynym minusem jest brak wjazdu dla osób z niepełnosprawnością i to że na górze mieszkały dzieci i od samego rana budziliśmy się przez to że one biegały. Ale samy mieliśmy małe dzieci, to odnieśliśmy się ze zrozumieniem

Bardzo zadbany apartament, tworzący niesamowity, magiczny wręcz klimat mieszkania w kamienicy w stylu vintage. Niczego nie brakowało, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, zarówno w kuchni, jak i w łazience i w sypialniach. Cicha okolica, ale bardzo blisko rynku. Miejsca parkingowe w pobliżu dostępne nawet w szczycie sezonu.
