The staff were very helpful and prompt in responding. Kitchen area was huge, bathroom had sauna to our surprise! Bed was comfortable and they were ablw to arrange a pick up service at 3am for my 6am flight…plenty of restos below and nearby
The A/C was hardly working, had to open a window which let noise come in as it is in a busy street. A little farther from the center than I would have liked, but if you dont mind a 15-20 minute walk each time you want to go to Old Town then you’re fine.

The location of the apartment is excellent.

The apartment itself was clean and nicely furnished
The main issue was the location. The location shown when I booked was not the actual location of the apartment. After paying a 1,000 PLN security deposit, I received a different location. When I asked about it, I was told that they have many apartments and the location shown on Booking is their office.
This was disappointing, especially considering the price. The actual apartment was also very inconvenient with luggage, as cars cannot reach it directly. There are stairs and a long walk over cobblestone streets, which made carrying our luggage very difficult.
I believe the exact apartment location should be clearly communicated before booking. Personally, I would not stay with them again and would not recommend them because of the lack of transparency regarding the location.
