I have very mixed feelings about the place.
Prime location, at the very center. Looooots of restaurants and bars around.
Apartment is way bigger than I thought, old type. It was only my kid and I, so apartment felt huge (there are beds in the living area (studio type) and a bedroom. Excellent views. It’s located in a rather noisy area but fairly well insulated.
Staff is nice- lady at reception was very lovely and the blond cleaning lady was super helpful.
They gave me wine tokens to use at the bar downstairs, which is a nice gesture.
I had a late flight and was able to store the luggage- that was nice too.
Nice touch- AC in every room. I don’t sleep without it. Comfy beds.
WiFi was non- existent. We just had none at all. I needed it late at night for work but couldn’t catch any even in the apartment corridor.
Washing machine broke while I used it (nice cleaning lady took care of my clothes) but I think while they were trying to fix it they unplugged the water heater, so we had no hot water to shower with in the end of a very intense day. It was majorly unfortunate.
I’d say it was clean but there were dead flies on the windowsill and some pubes in the tub, so not 100% sure.
Lifts stop between the floors so still had to drag heave suitcases up/down the stairs.
Trams pass RIGHT behind the apartment windows, on the first floor it was a tad too close, not too bad but not for the light sleepers.
It’s a nice place, really. Just needs some minor improvements.
