Great location. No breakfast or other amenities. This was more like a rental unit not a hotel. No front desk, no other services. That said it was a nice space and there were many services nearby.
Lack of in house services. When we booked the space it was not clear that was the situation. We may not have chosen it if that was more clear on the posting on Booking.com

Communication with the owners before and during our stay was exceptional.
Location in the old town was perfect for us.

The location in the city center, the cleanliness of the room, and the overall facilities were of a very good standard. The room was clean, tidy, and smelled fresh
The room was not prepared for a child, even though this was clearly stated in the reservation – there was no bed prepared, no duvets, pillows, or towels. There was also an issue with the access code system, which did not work upon arrival, and the 24/7 support was unreachable. An additional inconvenience was a nighttime incident with repeated ringing at the apartment door that could not be switched off.
