Great location. Good base to explore both the Old Town and Kazimierz. Very clean and comfortable. All the facilities I needed for a short break. Great communication with the hosts.
If I’m being picky, the WiFi was a bit poor.

Location close to everywhere and transportation. Well equipped and comfortable flat.
Near busy road and tram line but I was aware before booking so not a big problem. The shower is a little small.

Location is good, price is reasonable, flat is reasonable, nothing amazing but nothing bad. When we complained about issues they did then fix things within a couple of hours.
Not super communicative, ignored messages in advance via Booking.com (everything must go through their automated platform & messaging), didn't provide the baby bed we had requested until we chased them after arrival, lots of stairs to get up & down into the flat. Flat nice enough but nothing special. No huge problems really, but a few annoyances.

Location OK. Spacious. Attentive staff.
3rd floor with serious amount of stairs.
This apartment must have an AC. The windows must be shut during the night due to the noise from the main road, and although it was not during a heat wave and the fans, it was too hot.
Unstable Wifi.
