Perfect location next to the university. We were visiting our son who is a student there and could not have been any closer.
A few minutes walk from the city centre too.

It was very quirky. The TV room where the sofa bed was had its own set of stairs near the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was a toilet downstairs and an en suite shower and toilet next to the bedroom. The owner was very helpful. There is a Co-op 5 minutes along the road which is very handy. The Box Museum is just a bit further then if you cross the main road you are at Drakes Circus Shopping Centre. It's not too far to the Barbican either. It was great to have gated parking and you had to use a fob to gain entry to the building. This made it feel very safe.
There was a bit of late night noise from the road below.
