The beds were relatively private with the curtains which I appreciated, the staff were all really nice and helpful with recommendations.
The rooms didn’t have great ventilation and with it being the rainforest, your clothes would get stinky and never dry, so the rooms often smelled bad. There weren’t a ton of hangout spots. The showers didn’t always drain well so sometimes they were backed up, but I could usually find another shower available at that time.

I loved being close to all of the restaurants in La Fortuna as well as having access to shuttles to go on excursions and get to other parts of the country.
It's a great place to meet other travelers and have people to talk to.
The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was mold and water damage, hair on the pillow cases, and blankets. (a room that I had just checked in to).
