Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Is situated on the top of the hill, so it has a great view, but it is still close to center. Owner and staff were helpful.
Having no kitchen makes it hard for long term stays. Air conditioning doesn't blow well, so you need to wait quite a bit for it to get cool. Parking area is behind the hotel, but the road is filled with potholes, some of which damaged our car. You can actually see marks cars left on the road. We've had to leave our car outside of the area and walk to the hotel.

The building is completely new, very well decorated and very clean. Upon arrival there were free snacks, water, juice and four Nespresso capsules.
Close to the city center
Ground floor apartment should be twice cheaper. There is glass fence of the balcony without basic privacy, as you are sitting almost on the street, there are many pedestrians and cars. Specifically in the evening because light of the entrance of the building is on the balcony and one has feeling that is sitting in store window. It should be clearly mentioned on booking that that is ground floor apartment.
For six nights the apartment was not cleaned even once, and towels and bed sheets were not changed. Not only that but nobody came at least to take the garbage. Once I saw cleaning lady and I asked her to take the garbage. If there is no cleaning service, there should be some cleaning products.
There is no basic kitchenware. You cannot make even coffee or tea. There is a Nespresso machine but without capsules.
Parking is not an actual parking it is unpaved, on construction side.
The owner should decide about the concept. Price is as for luxury apartments but service is not. There is nothing in the bathroom where you should put your toothbrush, or there were only two clothes hangers....
