The room was clean, well arranged, air conditioning, comfy beds. The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, by messages and by whatsapp. Elevator until the 8th floor, the hotel is at nine floor. Nice view over the city from the terrace.
Perfect position, in the Republic Square. Close to public transport, restaurants, shops.
Everything was more than expected.

The location was great - right in the center of the city, with everything touristy within walking distance. The reception staff were also really nice and helpful.
The room was quite different from what's shown in the pictures. It's noticeably smaller than the listed 19m². If you're traveling with just a backpack, it's fine, but if you have a mid-size bag, you'll struggle - there's really nowhere to store it, let alone open it anywhere except on the bed. It's possible the listing photos were taken in the city-view rooms, which are probably nicer than the courtyard-facing ones we had, and used for all room types regardless - which would be misleading if so.
The bathroom had a sliding door with a broken handle on the inside, so you had to push and slide it to move it. The problem was that it was only attached at the top, not the bottom, so pushing too hard risked it coming loose and falling.
Separately, there was also a hole in the wall caused by the outside door hitting it before they installed a stopper.
We knew going in that our room faced the inner courtyard, so we expected some noise, but it was more than we bargained for. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't the place for you - you hear the outside ventilation constantly, and combined with the fridge noise, it's quite the symphony at night. On top of that, people walking in the corridor outside sounded like they were walking right on top of my head.
Our friend, staying in a different room, had some odd dirty marks/damage on the wall as well.
We also didn't receive toiletries like shampoo and shower gel until our second day.
