The hosts at this property were so helpful - we had a flight cancellation at Perugia airport at 8pm at night after sitting on the plane for 5 hours. We booked the property for 7 people and immediately jumped into taxis to drop our bags and get some food. The hosts quickly organised setting up the property so all of us could stay comfortably which involved putting up the sofa bed and fresh towels and toiletries on each bed. They were incredibly accommodating in what was a very unexpected last minute booking for a large number of people. The place is also great value for money and we all said, if we were ever back in this area of the world, we would stay for longer next time

Incredible location in the heart of Perugia. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Nicola was in regular contact and easy to reach. Overall a great stay.

Està justament al centre de la ciutat, a 1min de la catedral. Pis totalment insonoritzat, amb un estil clàssic i molt espaiós. Parquet, mobles rústics, aire acondicionat.
És una finca antiga, per tant no hi ha ascensor. No és un defecte, però és un detall important per persones amb mobilitat reduïda o gent gran que no pugui carregar pes.

Het was erg ruim. Moderne (smart) tv.
De douche had een zeer zwakke straal (4 dunne straaltjes). De keuken was niet goed uitgerust en ook in de woonkamer stond te weinig meubilair (geen salontafels, bijzettafels) wat onpraktisch en ongezellig was. Er is geen terras (zoals vermeld wordt in de omschrijving), enkel een smal balkonnetje zonder uitzicht waar vuilnisbakken op staan.
