I will never go back to this accommodation.

Its location is close to the Vatican and city centre. The host is a nice person

The apartment is dusty. The beds are not comfy. The pillows are hard. The duvet is itchy. The walls plaster are peeling off creating a lot of dust. The toilet and bath are dirty. The old towels used by the previous guests are still in the utility room with all the dust bin and cleaning materials. There is a long ladder inside the apartment ( for what???). The tv has no signal, water kettle and hair dryer not working. We had bed bug bites!

safety issues, misrepresentation and lies

Never before have I booked accommodation on this platform that was this bad. During our stay at the rented apartment, we encountered several significant problems, including safety concerns: 1. Before arrival, we received no instructions on how to access the apartment. We had to call the owners, and only once we were already standing in front of the door did they send us the entry information. 2. The air conditioning did not work, and we were staying in Rome during a severe heatwave. Even under normal summer conditions in Rome, air conditioning is necessary to live normally. The owners claimed that the issue had started “only the previous week” and that they would try to fix it. They never did. As a result, the temperature inside the apartment was 29.5°C. 3. In addition, one day water started leaking from the bathroom ceiling, directly above a ceiling light. Although the light was switched off (likely intentionally), this incident clearly contradicts the owners’ explanation that “they thought the neighbours had already fixed the issue last week.” 4. In response to our complaint, the owners offered to refund the city tax as compensation for all the issues in the apartment – which we already considered insufficient. Frankly, if we had wanted an apartment without air conditioning and with an electrical hazard, we would have simply chosen a cheaper one from the start. 5. To make matters worse, more than a week has passed and we have still not received even this small refund. The owners now claim they are “in the middle of the sea with limited access to signal,” despite the fact that they continue to respond via Whatsapp messaging system. 6. The kitchen is also very poorly equipped — we also had nothing to wash the dishes with. The apartment basically has no real windows, only some openings covered with mesh. The entrance is directly from the street, and there's a bar next door that can get quite noisy in the evening. It claimed to have balcony or terrace. AVOID

The stay was fine, but the group did not spend much time in the property.

Nice location and good that you can arrive at all times after check-in time. Clean towels and complementaries. Fairly good value for the price.

Recommend bringing earplugs for sleeping because you hear everything outside from the bar/restaurant and loud garbage cars at 6:50 in the mornings. The homeowner should pay for professional cleaning to go over everything since there was mold in the glasses and brown spots in the bathroom for example.

La ubicación es excelente. Barrio pintoresco, típico de lo que queremos ver los turistas en Italia. Al lado hay un bar, algunos criticaron que era muy ruidoso, la verdad es que nosotos llegabamos cansados a la noche (luego de intensos días de turismo y caminata) que nos dormimos sin problema. Sin dudas, volvería.

Podría mejorar el cerramento de la ducha, resulta un poco incómodo, nada grave pero subiría un punto al alojamiento ese aspecto.

Posizione centrale a trastevere comoda per tuttl, quartiere vivace e divertente

Poco pulita, lenzuola macchiate, mancava un bollitore.molto piccola ma per due giorni le dimensioni non sono state un problema. Condizionatore non funzionante. Struttura poco curata soprstutto per quanto costa. Per i problemi avuti mi è stata abbonata la tassa di soggiorno.
