We were enjoying our stay

The location is very convenient, with an IGA located downstairs and Chinatown within easy walking distance. There are lots of great dining options nearby. I particularly liked the sauna and steam room facilities in the building.

The room was secured with a digital key card lock, but the card did not always work reliably and occasionally failed to unlock the door. It would feel much safer if there were an additional lock on the inside that guests could use while in the room.

Not worth it, not recommended

The apartment is large enough and there is a washing machine and dryer.

This is an AirBNB apartment which circumvents the Avanti management where the apartment is located. Drama started when the property demanded electronic proof of ID after they received full advanced payment. I refused and through a lengthy debate with Booking.com the property relented when I demanded a refund. Key collection was a mess around at a different location. The parking option advised resulted in us receiving a note on the windshield that we had illegally parked, then the remote for the garage stopped working. The door lock is broken and doesn’t lock on the apartment. The apartment is not clean and there are no instructions for any appliances/electronics etc. Fortunately the very friendly staff at the Avanti reception helped out with the aircon which took a day to kick in. Toilet paper was like sandpaper, we went and bought our own. Kitchen amenities are average, missing crockery. At this price point I expect much better. We’re now staying elsewhere in Adelaide in better accommodation at a better price. If we wanted to stay in and AirBNB we would have. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment, other apartments in the building may be better.

Beautifully presented, so clean and tidy. Fantastic location and very clear instructions on how to access everything. Quick communication and responses to questions.

The pillows were really thin and uncomfortable. We did struggle to sleep properly on them and had sore necks.
