Location is convenient, you will pass two supermarkest and bakery when coming from main road from Yerevan. Also very close to Garni temple and Garni Gorge. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable, wifi satisfying. Kitchen with basic cutlery, dishes and a fridge. To describe the accommodation, it is a ground floor of multigenerational house. You enter from frontyard to the corridor, where the kitchen with dining tables is on the left and 4 rooms are on the right side. Breakfast was very basic but I expected not much for the given price.
I got first room on the right side, I was alone there for the night. Other rooms were not cleaned yet. Problem was, that in the evening I was listening to constent banging noises from above, where the family of owner lives and her 2 grandkids were running around all the time. Also noise from moving furniture was pretty annoying. It didnt stop until around 11. Smell from pig pen is almost always present around the house, so opening window for the fresh air brings in natural country odour. Communicatiing with the owner was little difficult even in Russian. I think she speaks French too. But absolutely no English. I found 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom in the morning. Probably came in from sink hole. Whole bathroom floor gets wet after taking shower. Overally cheap and clean, but not for noise sensitive person. Entrance to the corridor could use a door matt.
