Easy access to station and shopping centre
View from balcony was like an unfinished building site. Looked like it had been like that for years Rear entrance to external door was broken and open therefore not secure, apparently has been like this for a couple of weeks. Tap on kitchen sink was very loose, no rubber seal on over bath shower screen causing it to leak quite badly.
