Good location with close access to shops and train station
Good sized apartment with comfortable bed and facilities.
Quick response from staff to queries
Found some dirt & stains when we moved the sofa. Frying pan handle was broken on arrival. Was slightly uncertain of the bins, as there only appeared to be one in the kitchen, whilst there were separate bins for recycling outside. There was also a good bin inside, but I couldn't find a larger bin outside for food waste

Great location, site still being worked on but didn’t cause us any issues - would definitely stay here again
Upstairs neighbours were a little noisy for an hour during one night but apart from that, no complaints

O apartamento é quase perfeito! A limpeza excelente, os móveis são bons! O único problema é que a casa não tem blackout nas cortinas o que torna a casa muito clara pela manhã.

La posizione in zona tranquilla e con disponibilità di parcheggio; l'appartamento era ampio, con 2 camere e 2 bagni di cui uno privato per una camera. Ampia cucina con zona living e tavolo per mangiare; dotazioni di piatti, pentole ed elettrodomestici per poter cucinare e lavare.
Ottima la posizione di Ashford per muoversi nel Kent.
La pulizia dell'appartamento era inesistente: capelli in giro, briciole nel tostapane e sulle sedie, forno sporco, macchie sul divano e guarnizione della lavatrice talmente sporca che ci sono volute 10 salviettine umidificate e non è venuta pulita. Nella doccia erano ancora presenti i prodotti del precedente utilizzatore e la piletta era completamente lurida.
I letti avevano le lenzuola macchiate; materassi scomodi perché ormai sfatti dall'usura; armadi nelle camere sostituiti con delle scaffalature metalliche. In un bagno abbiamo trovato piastrelle rotto e al nostro arrivo un sensore dell'impianto antincendio caduto a terra. I quadri erano stati staccati dalle pareti e poi li abbiamo visti mezzi rotti nel ripostiglio; era mancante anche uno dei pannelli di riscaldamento a soffitto.
Visto quanto sopra, abbiamo chiesto almeno il rimborso delle spese di pulizia; non abbiamo avuto risposta.
