The location was perfect. Incredibly close to Academia Bridge. Looking out onto a beautiful but quiet canal. There were delicious restaurants literally 2 minutes away yet it was really quiet. Having been to Venice before I really know this was an amazing find.

Our family stayed in two San Vio Palace Luxury Apartments in Venice. One group stayed in the Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment, while the other stayed in the Luxury Split-Level Apartment with Courtyard. We initially had trouble finding the split-level, but the host quickly sent us a location pin and we found it easily.
This was the first stop on our Italy vacation, and San Vio Palace set the tone for a fabulous trip. The split-level apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and looked exactly like the photos. With three full bathrooms, comfortable living spaces, and real king-size beds, it was perfect for our family and truly felt like home.
The location was outstanding. We were steps from local gondolas, surrounded by beautiful trees, charming canals, cafés, restaurants, and quiet neighborhood streets. We arrived to children playing football (soccer) in the wide alley outside, which gave the area such an authentic, welcoming feel.
We felt very comfortable walking through the alleyways late at night, something we wouldn't normally do elsewhere. We originally planned only a long day trip to Venice, but we're so glad we stayed. Venice is beautiful during the day, but magical at night as we walked along the canals and admired the illuminated skyline.
What a beautiful city, perfectly matched by a beautiful accommodation. We plan to return to Venice, and San Vio Palace will be our first choice. It was a big part of making this unforgettable trip so special.

Nice beds, big unit. Good location.
The showers were terrible. Bad water pressure and constantly going between burning hot and freezing.
