This charming apartment is located on the second floor of a cozy private Palazzetto with a private stairs. The property has been recently restored with excellent finishes, decentral heating and air conditioning and wooden plank floor. It consists of entrance hall, living area with open plan kitchen, four elegant double bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twins. The living area consists of a dining area with table for 8 and a kitchen area equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwaves. The interiors of this elegant and refined apartment are a perfect combination of Italian styles from the past and the present. The rooms create a personal and unique atmosphere. The apartment also features two bathrooms with shower, in one there is a washing machine with a typical Venetian clothesline outside the window. The apartment is also equipped with the following amenities: satellite plasma TV, WI-FI, cot for babies, linen and final cleaning.

Our stay at this Vrbo in Venice was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the property owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally met us at the property, took the time to walk us through everything in detail, and shared so much helpful information about Venice, the neighborhood, and the best ways to experience the city like a local.The apartment itself was perfectly located for exploring Venice while still feeling peaceful and authentic.What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality. The owners genuinely cared that our family had an amazing experience and made us feel completely at home from start to finish. You can tell they take tremendous pride in both the property and in helping guests fall in love with Venice.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic, welcoming, and memorable Venice experience.

Our group of 8 (two families with 2 pre-teens kids each) found our perfect stay in Venice here. The host was very helpful once we booked, greeted us at the train station and did a great job of explaining the house, nearby sites and even gave us a quick walking tour of the area. They were very responsive with any questions and the house is centrally located and well stocked.
