Communication was wonderful and informative. They met us at the Water Taxi stop which was extremely helpful! Location was perfect for us. Place was clean and well maintained. There are many stairs up but worth it for the outside area!
Stairs with luggage BUT the description does with you and it is worth it for the stay!

Great apartment in Venice - we were a family of 4, 2 comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, nice living area, amazing views from all windows, great rooftop! Very very clean!
The property is great but our apartment was on the 3rd floor with no elevator - so it might be a problem for some families.

Apartment had everything we wanted, plus a little roof top terrace with h great views
The electrics kept tripping out and had to go down 3 flights of stairs to reset, but we were told this may happen.
