Overall was good place. Room was too dark in my opinion but I understand that’s the Venetian style. Staff was good but reception staff many times was difficult to reach or high delays in responses view WhatsApp. It would be good to have some gadget in the shower because there is no place to put soap or shampoo inside.

Great location, close to water taxes/buses, and easily walkable to all attractions. Manager and staff outstanding in helpfulness and friendly. Room was a good size, and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay again.

The staff made this stay. Service was excellent from start to finish, friendly and genuinely keen to help. They even reached out before we arrived with recommendations on how to get into Venice, which made everything easier.
The room was clean and comfortable. The location is a real plus: a short walk to the public boat that gets you everywhere, and close to a little square with good restaurants.
A great experience overall. Highly recommend.
