This property is well situated for pretty much everything you would want to visit in Venice. We have visited Venice many times before and this property worked perfectly for us. It is found in a very clean and quiet neighbourhood considering its centrality. Initial access to the property was straightforward with excellent instructions provided. We used the Alilaguna service - Orange line to Sant’Angelo which is a 4 minute walk away, the nearest ACTV stop is San Samuele, literally a 1 minute walk. There is plenty of room and it is very comfortable. The apartment is well provided for anything you might need during your stay with daily garbage collection at the door. All dealings with the host were friendly, helpful and informative. We did have an issue with a plug stuck in the bathroom sink and this was resolved very quickly. There is a small local supermarket that provided us with everything we needed for breakfast and light snacks as we ate our main meal when we were out and about in the city.
There is AC in the bedroom but it was extremely humid during our stay and a fan to move the air in the lounge would have been perfect. We did take a small one with us as it happens so that was sorted.

Кондиционер только в одной комнате и слабый. Если открыть окна, много Комаров. Но это в принципе везде в Венеции. Особенности выноса мусора. По времени, и обязательно сортировать. Это нужно иметь ввиду заранее, чтобы потом не копаться в мусорных пакетах.

the location, the beautiful street it was located on and how close it was to all the major attractions
The bed was not comfortable, it was two separate mattresses attached together instead of one mattress. The cleanliness could have been improved (dishwasher, washing machine tray, some cooking materials)
