The apartment was perfect, just as described and as it looked in the pictures. It is centrally located to just about everything so you could get to any of the main attractions within about a 15 minute walk. It was close to restaurants, shops and of course gelato. Carlo met us at the train station and brought us to the apartment and gave us a run down on what to do and how to get there, then showed us around a little bit. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This property was so wonderful and I can't say enough good things about Stefano. The location is great far enough away from the bustle of Florence but close enough getting anywhere was easy by foot. The beds were comfortable and the weather was so perfect we were able to sleep with the windows open. It was perfection. I can't wait for my next trip to Florence and my next stay with Stefano!

The apartment was lovely and the location was excellent. Carlo and Maria were excellent hosts giving us a brief tour of the neighborhood.

Carlo and Maria are the best hosts! They arranged a private water taxi for us after a long day of train travel. Carlo met us at the train station and took us directly to the taxi and to the apartment. He spent time with us showing us a map of Venice and then stepping outside with us to show us a few key points of the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable…perfect for our family. We loved our location and Venice is just the most Beautiful city! We will be back
