Central but quiet location in a small „Calle“. The courtyard was really cosy, but we didn‘t use it intensively because of some Moskitos. We were two couples, and the appartment was a Perfect fit. The Rooms, Are very well renovated (especially for Italien Standards) and have a nice modern design. The Host Eleonora was very careing and easy to reach. We will for sure return!
The dishwasher had a small defekt, but we could handle it on our own. No complaints!

This apartment is a lovely quiet oasis in Venice! Exceptionally clean, well equipped with items for the kitchen and bathroom. The washing machine great and efficient and effective Airconditioning. There are 2 supermarket nearby and it was easy to find from the water vaporetto ferry stop at S.Toma. The communication with the host was quick and very helpful. The shower was spacious, clean and good lighting, and the bed very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this apartment! It is very close and easy to access all the attractions of Venice.
