About this apartment rental
Apartment located in the Historic Centre of Venice in the San Marco Sestiere, the most exclusive location in Venice, just 300 metres from the famous St. Mark's Square and 500 metres from the Rialto Bridge. The apartment consists of two double rooms with a bathroom on the first floor, a single room with a bathroom on the second floor, a living room with kitchen on the third floor and a magnificent terrace on the fourth floor. Upon request, 1 additional bed (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 6 people. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).

The apartment was so cute, clean, and reasonably priced. It was perfect for our family. It was also conveniently located not far from the water taxi and close to main attractions. We loved it!

We had 5 people in our group and the living room and kitchen were a challenge to have us all together. Each bedroom is on a different floor and the living room on another floor. We were unable to use the terrace due to rain but were told we had to be quiet if we were to use it because neighbors complain. There were no provisions, i.e. salt, pepper, coffee, etc. And while having a washer/dryer was great; no detergent was provided. Only one bathroom had shampoo. Location was good, but the overall experience wasn’t worth it in comparison to other properties we’ve stayed at in Venice.
