The restaurant improves a lot,since I was first check in in March 2026,food more tasty. The staff also quite helpful all the time of my stay. Overall...i have to give a thumbs up...thank you

The hazardous air quality caused by the palm oil forest burn offs ! We felt sorry for the locals & holiday makers.

Location is wonderful. Very clean beach and excellent ambience. The location you cannot beat. We have been to a few beachside properties but the high tide and low tide effect we saw for the first time up close. Kids loved the mini water slide and the pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. We couldn't explore the resort fully as were busy wth the beach and swimming pool but all amenities were nicely managed and appeared fine. The breakfast spread is vast. They have a lot of options for everyone. The best breakfast menu I have ever seen! They also have a kids' breakfast spread, which is liked by not just kids but adults as well. Staff is also very courteous and helpful. Some of the family members are vegetarians and the dinner menu on the first day felt limited, but the Resort's General Manager was very helpful and instructed the chef to prepare veg pizza, which was really wonderful.

The only request is to add a few more vegetarian options to the dinner menu.

Breakfast mediocre. Location close to Cultural Village was good. It was possible to see proboscis monkeys in the hotel area.

Strange restrictions and prohibitions with the threat of a penalty fee. It felt quite strange and uncomfortable. The room next door was under renovation, so the hallway in front of the room was dusty and the noise of the renovations was disturbing in the room for a couple of mornings. The area was pretty boring, I wouldn't want to spend more than a couple of days there. Taxis are not available here. You can't swim in the sea, the water is murky and there may be crocodiles.
