Cocoon Resort Kuching

Lovely little glamping resort

A bit expensive for what’s provided

Staffs are all extremely friendly, helpful and thanks for accommodating to my requests to surprise my little one for her birthday. It was really heartwarming and great memories. The facilities are well managed, the private pool is really the plus point.

expected better quality from the breakfast spread. Rice could have been kept warm, fruits to be more fresh.

The resort definitely very special and one of its kind in Kuching. The room is very comfortable and clean! The atmosphere and landscape is really awesome too and this is what why i would come back again! but the DOWNSIDE which is very sad for me was the foods. They are really really terrible and need a lot of improvement! The breakfast though it is quite variable but almost everything that made and available were not good at all. The breads taste like an old bread, the marmalade also not properly freshly kept. I ordered the pancakes and sadly it was also terribly made. I noticed either the eggs or butter that used are old. Another thing, that made me not impressed and need improvement is the staffs incharge need properly trained. For example, for the dining table, it was not cleaned and no cutlery beed arranged earlier on the table. This is very normal standard setting for any hotel that i know and for this kind of resort i EXPECT MORE for sure.

POOR FOODS and the staffs management
