The location was superb with excellent access to Underground and buses, yet the residential street was quiet. Shepherd's Bush Underground is close and Hammersmith a short bus ride away. Grocery stores were plentiful and within walking distance. The amenities in the room were very good.
Some small things need attention. Bathroom light would not turn off, which wasted electricity. Caulking alongside the shower door had come loose, so we had to pack towels on the floor to contain leakage. When we arrived the garbage disposal had loose metal or something inside, so we didn't use it. Also when we arrived the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and a glass inside the dishwasher was broken.

The location is good. The Shepard's Bush metro station (Central line) and bus station are close to the place plus there are stores and a nice breakfast establishment nearby. The building is nice, you get a sense of living in classic English architecture.
A bit wider double bed would be good. A bit pricey.

Everything is very good at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are very happy with the accommodation as well as facilities. Centrally located and easily accessible to lot of shops and restaurants.
We are supposed receive the refund of 'Cleaning Charges' from the Hosts for our extended stay for 2 more days at the same place. We haven't received the same till now.
