A few additional shelves or storage spaces in the bathroom would have been useful for keeping our personal belongings.
It would also have been a nice touch to provide bathrobes and slippers for guests using the spa.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the old town. Loved it. The apartment is in a new building, very nice and clen. Will stay there again. It was perfect! Thank you!

Proximity to the city centre. Nice modern clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. We were on the 4th floor roadside so not too noisy.
No reception. Was very strange arriving with nobody around. Only communication is by message. No towels changed or anything you normally get with an aparthotel of this standard. It feels a bit unsafe as no one is around.
The swimming pool/ jacuzzi was not really operational during our stay as it was very cold. Only the saunas were in use. The fact that the wellness area isn’t open before 12 is also a pity. I wondered what might happen if there was an accident in the gym or someone unsavoury hanging around with no staff at all.
We also booked a private driver through the hotel to go to Auschwitz early in the morning but the time was changed to the afternoon the night before and we ended up joining someone else’s minibus group . The organisation seemed a bit dodgy. Luckily once we finally got in the official guide was excellent.
