The location of the hotel was superb, in the centre of the city near the Basilica and overlooking the main square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And our room was amazing. A super large bed which was extremely comfortable with lovely pillows. The bathroom was great with an enormous walk in shower, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. Everything that you could possibly need was provided.

Perfect location for exploring the Town Square/main attractions. Staff where friendly & helpful with all our enquiries/requests. Room was exceptional - clean and all amenities included.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice the breakfast was good and that is about it

For a hotel claiming to be five star it had little or no facilities hadn't even a decent bar that one could relax with a cocktail in the evening so you had to go out and find a bar at another location all in all very disappointing. The balcony on our suite had no light so you had to sit in the dark in the evening. The lights at the wash basins were absolutely useless for shaving.
