The property and staff were excellent. They were only too eager to help with anything we needed. The room was an amazing size and extremely comfortable. We were able to pay a small sum for early check in which was very much required. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old Town. I would recommend the Hotel Saski to anyone thinking of a stay in Krakow.
