Took my wife and mother here for one night at the end of our week long trip to Krakow to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally well by all members of staff who seemed sincere, genuine and offered a professional and courteous service. This extended to the restaurant staff who were all helpful and informative and afforded us the luxury of picking the best table at which to dine and soak up the tremendous views. This is what sets this hotel apart from the others is its staff and the wonderful views on offer. We all sat in stunned silence watching the sunset, incredible! The rooms were generously proportioned and although we had to report a ceiling fan which had become dislodged the response to it by the concierge and his team was first class! Nothing was too much trouble and we felt the level of service went far beyond the norm. It's a testament to the team and how fantastic they were that even now we talk about our trip and that one night stay was the highlight of our holiday.

Beautiful historic building that has been tastefully transformed until a hotel offering comfortable and well appointed rooms, elegant and well-designed facilities and stunning views throughout. The restaurant is top-notch in every aspect- food, choice of wines, atmosphere / views and service. Worthy of a Michelin bib. Service at reception (Maria) and throughout our stay (Marcel and the rest of the staff) was so thoughtful… nothing short of exceptional!

Not a single negative thing to report. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Multiple problems you don’t expect from a 5 star hotel - broken room door - maintenance (builder) of the sauna while you’re in the sauna - vacuum cleaning the bar while you’re in the bar - very late cleaning of room service
