The place is plain and simple, but true to their words, they deliver exactly what is in the name of the place: rooms. Clean, without any attempt to sophistication or decorations, but functional rooms.
A nice touch: the table in the small courtyard, placed under a fig tree, is offering a somehow more comfortable option for staying out, in the shade, while having a snack.
In spite of the cleaning and organising efforts, the house is missing the soul: no flower pots, no books, no messages or bits of information left visible by the hosts or fellow travellers..

On se sent comme à la maison ! Les hôtes sont très accueillants et les chambres impeccables. Les douches et cuisines communed sont nettoyées très souvent et contiennent tout ce qui est nécessaires (cuisine et machine à laver).
L'emplacement est idéal, sur les collines de Čapljina : 5min à pied de la gare, 1h de marche de Počtelj et 10 min de voiture de Hutovo Blato (réserve naturelle).

La communication via le site très réactive.
Nous avons été très étonnés du comportement de la jeune fille qui nous a reçus. Et d'autant plus lorsque nous avons lu les avis positifs des précédents clients.
Nous avons demandé des draps plutôt que des plaids/couvertures type polaires mis à disposition sous plus de 35 degrés !! La demoiselle s'est très vite agacée en nous disant que si nous n'étions pas contents, nous pouvions annuler ! Là en dernière minute ! Elle n'a absolument pas essayé de trouver une alternative. Nous devions accepter ou nous en aller ! Et selon elle, nous étions les premiers à "nous plaindre" !!
Nous avons trouvé cette situation plus qu'étonnante.
Dans tous les autres hôtels, pour le même tarif, nous avons trouvé draps et draps de bain et non pas des petites serviettes (50×70cm env).
La chambre est très sommaire, fidèle aux photos. La climatisation portable réchauffait la pièce plutôt qu'elle ne la refroidissait.
Les salles de bain mériteraient un rafraîchissement.
