Super location! Loved old, very spacious place, high ceilings and loads of space like kitchen, common area, very big rooms so wasn’t cramped at any time.

It is accessible to major attractions in Bascarsija and within walking distance to bus and tram. The receptionist is so helpful, demonstrating excellent customer services and hospitality.
I hope that the hotel management can improve its efficiency in communication level with customers by improving its customer services (phone call responses/ whatapp message reply).
