The check in process and coziness of the room. The location of the hostel is within walking distance to Bascarsija and nearby faciluties.
The cleanliness of the room can be further improved, the floor was sticky probably because of the floor cleaning solution. The standing fan appeared not in a good condition although I didn't turn it on.

We booked a private room which was very nice. They provided us with a fan for the heat and the room was cleaned to a good standard. Staff were really helpful and quick with check in and allowed us to store our luggage for the day we checked out. Easy access and good location, very close to old town. Multiple bathrooms so you’re not waiting ages for it.
Living room isn’t really a living room. It’s a chair next to the staircase. For the bathroom, there is no shower curtain in the ground floor bathroom so water just drowns the floor, other than that though the bathroom facilities aren’t bad. Another thing is that although you can lock your own room, the main door for this hostel is left unlocked with no key for each guest.

The hostel is in a good location, close to tram stops and the Old Town. The dorms are also nice and big, and the bottom bunks have curtains. It's also a plus that there is a stove, so it's possible to cook.
There are only 2 bathrooms in the entire hostel, which isn't really enough - often you have to wait a while. There is also no shower curtain in the bathroom downstairs, so the entire floor gets wet when someone showers. The staff also just walk in and out of the rooms as they please early in the morning (i.e. before check-out time) and make a noise. Also no hooks in the rooms, although there is more than enough space for some.
