AC!! Nothing was better than coming back from a hike in middle of summer to a cold apartment. I stayed at 20 degrees Celsius.
Interior quality: 10/10 - felt like a 4-star hotel. Also had a nice balcony.
Location: 10/10 - we could walk to the train station, old nice, and the beach within 10 minutes. Coffee across the street. Quiet street; no noise in the apartment + very safe.
Management: 10/10 - Property manager was very sweet and gave us a bottle of Rose. Communication was very quick.
Value: 10/10 - The nicest rental I've stayed at while simultaneously being the cheapest!!
We had 5 guys all sleeping in their own beds very comfortably. Two keys given, WiFi was great, very few negative notes.
I would recommend every person who travels to Nice to come here. I will be returning ASAP with my family so they can experience it too.
There isn't a place to drop your bags - you meet with the property manager outside the door. So planning out timing is very important. We messed up on our end, so we had to stand out in the heat for 30 minutes with our luggage. Also, if you are a tourist and haven't been to Europe before, the front door is a little tricky to find when you get there. Laundry was so-so, nothing to complain about but it just didn't exceed my expectations like how everything else did.

Excellent emplacement de qualité
La seule chose que je pourrais évoquer c’est un problème de serviettes de toilettes
Il est compliqué de n’avoir qu’une serviette par personne pendant 7 jours, je pense que le minimum est de 2 grandes par personne plus 2 petites bien evidemment par personne
Sinon c’est vraiment un appartement de qualité
La situation dans le centre de Nice et la qualité de l’appartement
Les propriétaires très charmants et a l’écoute

Superbe appartement situé à quelques minutes de la plage et pas très loin du train non plus. Nous étions 6 et avons apprécié cet appartement spacieux, propre, au 2ième étage, sécuritaire et bien climatisé compte tenu de la chaleur !
Le seul commentaire est que la cuisine manquait quelques items mais nous avons seulement pris le petit déjeuner donc cela ne nous a pas vraiment nuit.
