The location is simply amazing! You are steps away from Place Massena, yet the courtyard is really quiet and sitting on the balcony almost feels like you are taking a vacation in the countryside. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, which is a huge plus and parking in the garage is also really convenient. We were a little worried whether our rental car will fit in the garage - but in reality you should be able to fit a Mercedes E-class in there (parking skills permitting 😉). I can’t imagine finding a better accomodation for our family in Nice center.
The onboarding and check in process has a lot of unnecessary friction. You get a lot of messages, but some are quite uninformative. The deposit payment link gets cancelled by booking.com and the process itself is difficult, everything is in French - I do speak some, so was able to manage; but this is a nightmare to anyone who does not understand a word of French. Pro tip: when you get out from the garage, you need to switch elevators on the ground floor. I did not find anything about this in the brochure.

The apartment is in an excellent location, the tram stop from the airport is right around the corner from it.
It was extremely clean when we arrived and the facilities were great. Even down to providing soap, shower gel etc.
The balcony area was lovely.

Sehr geräumig und luxuriös! Tolle Klimaanlage, perfekte Lage mit Parkplatz, den man bei Buchung angeben muss. Wir kommen wieder!
Sehr hohe Kaution, die auf die Kreditkarte „geblockt“ wurde-es gab jedoch kein Problem und nach ca. 9 Tagen kam die Information, dass die Blockierung der Kaution aufgehoben wurde.
