The location was excellent. We also had no problems accessing the property using the instructions provided by the host. The staff were very friendly and always available.
The room was clean, and one of the biggest highlights was the incredible view from both the balcony and the window, directly overlooking the theatre.
We were also pleasantly surprised that while we were having breakfast for about an hour and a half, our room was cleaned by the time we returned.

This is a very personal experience and may not affect everyone, but the only thing I would suggest improving, if possible, is the position of the air conditioner in Room 2. Unfortunately, I developed severe neck pain after two days as the AC was positioned directly above and facing my head while I was sleeping.

The location
The windows aren't soundproof so if you're sensitive to noise from bars and clubs at night this might be a problem

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The terrace was also a lovely addition. The bathroom was large, with great water pressure. The host was very nice and helpful, and the cleaning service was good. Great location also.
Despite its large size, the bathroom doesn’t have a table or any surface to place personal items, and the shower doesn’t have anywhere to put shower gel, shampoo, or a razor, so everything has to be left on the floor.
Unfortunately, we also didn’t sleep very well due to the poor soundproofing in our room "Ambra". There was quite a lot of noise from the street until around 1 a.m., and we could also clearly hear the guests in the neighbouring room, including when they opened their blinds. Our room was right by the main entrance to the rooms, so we could hear people coming in and out.
One of the blinds was also broken, so we had quite some light coming into the room during the night.
